Last year's apple butter was such a hit I'm doing it again. (My recipe uses sugar, but I cut it low). Gotta be careful switching up canning recipes, the chemistry here is important. Where's Alton's Nutritional Anthropologist when we really need her?! Let's see pictures of those jars soon!
